We are seeking an individual who can create lasting memories for our guests by providing outstanding guest service in a fun and fast-paced working environment.
About the Position:- Provide exceptional guest experience at all times.
- Assist guests with setting up their experience.
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Possess excellent culinary skills adhering to recipes and specifications.
- Be aware of promotions, specials, and pricing to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
- Resolve lane stop calls efficiently while recording FPS.
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations using checklists and communication books.
- Evaluate cleanliness standards and ensure work areas remain tidy, empty trash and perform spot sweeps when needed.
- Prioritize guest service with passion.
- Enjoy bowling and other leisure activities.
- Exhibit a friendly, energetic, positive attitude.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Showcase ability to multitask under pressure.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
