About the Role

As a skilled Maintenance Fitter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our production plant. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you'll perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on production machinery, working collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will have experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments, as well as experience working with high-speed manufacturing equipment and understanding production demands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who can contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
    • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure minimal downtime.

What You'll Bring

  • A Mechanical Fitter trade qualification or similar trade with maintenance fitting experience.
  • Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in GMP environment and awareness of requirements.
