You will help pet parents and train your team to make informed choices about health, nutrition, and wellness products for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, offering expert advice and guidance.

Your Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to manage and maximize store success. You will create a customer-centric environment, achieve sales targets, deliver consistent store standards, and optimize costs.

About You:

  • A results-driven leader with a hands-on approach
  • Have a natural love for animals and people, and a passion for retail
  • At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
  • Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on engagement and development
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train your team
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
