Optical Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled retail leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail business. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and motivate a team of optometrists and sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a senior retail management position
  • Proven ability to work with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws
  • Tuesday to Saturday availability is preferred
