Retail Operations Manager

As a key member of our retail arm, the Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the store. They will ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborate closely with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience.
About the Role- The successful candidate will have oversight of store operations, including staff management and budgeting.
- They will work collaboratively with Optometrists to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes.
- Effective coaching of selling and customer service skills in-store team members is essential.
We are seeking an organized leader who can think on their feet and make sound decisions that support business growth. Experience working in retail and healthcare industries is advantageous, but not necessary. Optical industry experience is also beneficial.
About the Person- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher in a retail management position is required.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage budgets and schedule staff in accordance with local labor laws.
- Tuesday to Saturday availability is preferred.
- Optical work experience is mandatory.
- Communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are highly desirable.
