We are seeking an Apprentice Spray Painter to join our team at AMA Collision Tingalpa. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday.

You will be supported by our skilled team and acquire the knowledge of an automotive workshop and begin learning the step-by-step process of prepping, mixing, refinishing of automotive spray painting, gaining your trade in Automotive Refinishing.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the automotive industry, a good attitude and willingness to learn, and reliable with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Colour match vehicle">
  • Prep vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process">
  • Prime vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process">
  • Paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process">
  • Buff and denib vehicle as per Job Sheet">
  • Upon request carry out minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet">
