Role: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the overall solution design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the solution design and architecture for CRM transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Define the technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM.
  • Provide architectural oversight across all CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and related Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks.
  • Guide development teams with best practices and technical standards across configuration, customisation, and integration.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for performance tuning, scalability, and resilience.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of MSCRM modules.
  • Strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies.
  • Solid grasp of CRM best practices, security model, business process flows, and custom workflows.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools.
