Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our community members. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital part in helping older individuals maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing home help services including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing social and emotional support
  • Transporting clients to lifestyle activities or appointments

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence & own insured vehicle
  • Experience in a similar professional role with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
