Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our infrastructure operations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring our Windows environments remain secure, reliable, and optimised.

  • Develop and implement robust infrastructure solutions and upgrades to enhance service capability.
  • Apply proactive security practices across platforms, including vulnerability management, access control, and application whitelisting.
  • Monitor and maintain systems using Microsoft System Centre and Intune, ensuring timely updates and patch compliance.
  • Administer and support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, ADFS, file/print services, DFS, and Group Policy.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where necessary to ensure minimal service disruption.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including operational procedures and design records.
  • Collaborate with other ICT teams to deliver seamless, efficient, and secure services.
