Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the head of secondary in managing operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of academic programs.
  2. Develop and implement student wellbeing programs that promote holistic wellbeing and cater to diverse needs.
  3. Lead a team to deliver effective wellbeing and pastoral care services that foster a supportive learning environment.
  4. Ensure discipline and wellbeing practices align with college policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A personal commitment to their faith and supports our institution's vision.
  • Understanding of child safety principles and experience implementing safeguarding protocols.
  • Current registration as a secondary teacher with relevant qualifications and a valid Working with Children Check.
  • Leadership experience in a secondary school setting with a focus on wellbeing and student support.
  • Skills in managing student behavior and addressing sensitive issues in a professional manner.
  • Ability to adapt to change while promoting our institution's values and mission.
