Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and expertise in emergency medicine, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve emergency department operations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine.
  • Evidence of recent and comprehensive experience in Emergency Medicine.
  • Maintenance of medical professional development and ability to assist other staff in knowledge acquisition and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary framework.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing healthcare environment.
