You will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment by meeting specific targets, providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. Your commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, is a key driver of success in this role.


">Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience within employment services industry is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success
  • Proven success within target driven environments is critical

">Your Skills and Experience:

A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, ideally you'll also bring experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
