Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Job DescriptionThe Professional Development Manager - Field Training will play a critical role in empowering our field-based management team by delivering high-quality Learning and Development. This includes facilitating, mentoring, and reporting on the professional development of new and existing managers within the business.
This role requires a highly proactive, resourceful, and people-focused approach with sound business acumen and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have superior influencing and relationship development skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with others to achieve agreed results and outcomes.
You will work closely with our field-based operating teams across Australia and New Zealand in both Retail and Manufacturing, ensuring strong engagement and knowledge of the Learning and Development Program is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate, mentor, and report on the professional development of new and existing managers within the business.
- Champion our Global Leadership Development Program for all Field-based managers.
- Build succession planning documents in conjunction with the Senior Leadership to support Krispy Kreme's future growth.
- Support Managers with the ongoing use of Krispy Kreme's Development Program, mentoring, and providing coaching on the continued use of the program.
- Liaise with the L&D and the Subject Matter Experts to review, revise, and create new learning Development Initiatives and drive completion of eLearning content.
- Work with P&C and Field Leadership on the development of new shop onboarding and training plans.
- Design and create educational and engaging material, including training modules, workshops, Virtual learning courses, presentations, process documents, FAQs.
- Support the Learning and Development Manager with ad-hoc projects and learning engagement initiatives as needed.
- Ensure continuous improvement by actively gathering feedback to evaluate L&D program effectiveness.
- Prioritize the Krispy Kreme Learner experience first in everything you do.
- Be available to help support the field-based teams with L&D requirements as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A highly proactive, resourceful, and people-focused approach with sound business acumen and strong attention to detail.
- Superior influencing and relationship development skills.
- The ability to collaborate with others to achieve agreed results and outcomes.
- The ability to manage time, set priorities, and plan workload to meet objectives with minimal supervision.
- Experience administering an online Learning Management System, particularly around reporting (Litmos preferred).
- Strong presentation skills.
- A commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce.
- Integrity and a commitment to ethical operations.
- Confidence, passion, and enthusiasm about the customer and learner experience, and the Krispy Kreme brand.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Intermediate level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel qualification.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE).
- At least 3 years' experience developing and monitoring managers, preferably in FMCG or retail sectors.
- At least 3 years' experience working in multi-site operations, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Experience with Litmos or other Learning Management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a Learning and Development program.
