Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

This role is ideal for a senior professional with exceptional leadership and technical skills. We seek an experienced leader who can drive the development of high-quality automated test frameworks, oversee multiple testing projects, and mentor junior team members.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing, including at least 3 years in a leadership position. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to define and implement comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project goals, and drive testing capability uplift across people, process, and tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
  • Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Essential Criteria:

  1. 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Proven ability to define and implement comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project goals
