We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our team. As a CSA, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders to their homes in a safe and timely manner.

This role involves working behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans, navigating local neighbourhoods, and ensuring that customers receive their shopping on time. You will also be required to pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing great customer experiences, and a passion for driving and navigation.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Safely delivering customer orders to their homes in a timely manner.
  • Picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and communicating with customers as needed.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be an integral part of our delivery team, working closely with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

About You

- Commitment to providing great customer experiences.

- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record.

- Ability to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas.

- Physical ability to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points.

- Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
