Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Face of Our Store: Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
    - Surprise and Delight: Serve up fresh, delicious food that makes customers' day
    - Keep it Fresh: Maintain visually appealing displays and ensure the store is fully stocked with the best produce, dairy, and everything in between.
    - Stay on Point: Keep pricing and signage accurate, ensuring everything's in tip-top shape.
    - Stock Up and Stay Organised: Keep shelves and backstock fresh, tidy, and stocked so everything's ready to go
    - Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe environment so everyone can shop and work worry-free.
    - Be a Food Ambassador: Take part in sampling programs, making sure customers can taste the quality of our goods
    - Follow the Rules: Stick to all health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe shopping and working experience for everyone.
