Job Title: Casual Educator

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the education program in our centres. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of children and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to ensure children's safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and organisational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

Requirements:

  • ACE CQA-approved early childhood qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel between local services.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm.
