About the Role

This Casual Educator role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. As a flexible and team-oriented professional, you will have the chance to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.

Responsibilities
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engage and supervise the children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA approved early childhood qualification
  • A Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 7.00am – 6.00pm
