About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, you will partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines. You will also scope and design features and enhancements to the platform to meet wide-ranging business requirements for customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products.
  • Lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
  • Scope and design features and enhancements to the platform to meet wide-ranging business requirements for customer experience.
  • Advise on best practice of the platform and lead solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
  • Work closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and testers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.
  • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
  • Core Salesforce Certification (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1).
