This role is responsible for coordinating training courses across Australia, providing top-notch service to clients and trainers.

The ideal candidate will be organised, enthusiastic, and a multitasking master, with excellent communication skills and at least 2 years of admin experience, preferably in an RTO. They will also be tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and student management systems.

The Training Coordinator/Scheduler will work closely with the National Customer Service Manager, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and all stakeholders are satisfied. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating training courses: Organise training across Australia and work with clients, sales team, and trainers
  • Client Support: Provide support and answer questions from clients
  • Travel Coordination: Book travel for trainers, ensuring their schedules are always spot-on
  • Data Management: Keep track of course details and ensure everything's RTO-compliant
  • Email & Call Support: Answer calls and emails like a pro - quick and friendly
  • Training Logistics: Manage resources, venues, and equipment for training days
  • Administrative Magic: Keep the office running smoothly, assist with urgent tasks, and help out where needed
