Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the customer-facing aspects of collections, ensuring a quality and efficient diagnostic laboratory service.
  • Mentor and lead a team of phlebotomists to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection services, ensuring compliance with NATA, NPAAC, and Medicare requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to grow the pathology business, providing a positive basis for business development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in a laboratory for healthcare diagnostic services.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
