Job Title: Environmental Sustainability ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team in beautiful Esperance. As the General Manager of Delivery and Operations, you will lead, manage and oversee our programs, initiatives and commercial activities aimed at protecting and improving the health and well-being of natural assets, environments and ecosystems.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies and business plans to achieve organisational objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify business and funding opportunities and negotiate funding agreements.
- Partnership Management: Design, develop and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders.
- Operations Management: Portfolio and program design, management and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Staff leadership and management, development and maintenance of effective organisational culture.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
