Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to promote waste minimization and sustainability initiatives. With a strong focus on community engagement, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to raise awareness about waste management best practices and promote sustainable behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute outreach programs that engage the community and promote participation in waste reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities related to waste management and sustainability.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups to amplify our impact and promote shared goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive behavior change and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of community needs and behaviors, with the ability to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $110,600 - $119,500 gross p.a., plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • A 35-hour full-time role with 19-day flexitime option.
