Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Service. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to make a positive impact in the community.

This role involves providing nursing care to clients in the community setting, working closely with each client, their carer, General Practitioner and other relevant service providers to develop a plan that meets the client's care needs.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent part-time or temporary part-time position available across multiple sites.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to clients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
