Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for fashion and exceptional customer service skills.

Job Description:

  • Lead the Store Team: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance, working closely with the buying and visual merchandising teams.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including clienteling, cash handling, stockroom procedures, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and Train Staff: Coach and develop sales assistants and supervisors to meet and exceed store goals, providing ongoing feedback and performance counseling.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, professional, and fun store culture that reflects the values of our brand.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management, ideally within fashion or apparel.
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills that inspire a positive, client-centric team culture.
  • Confident in managing all aspects of store operations from clienteling and cash handling to stockroom procedures and visual merchandising.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to analyse business data to drive results.
  • Passionate about fashion, brand storytelling, and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences.
