Job Opportunity

The Sales and Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to account customers by serving as the primary point of contact. This role will support the Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Managers, and Workwear Group team through actively assisting them in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional client support
  • Generate daily backorder reports, providing analysis and insights
  • Support the team by actively managing KPI performance, highlighting low stock levels or system issues, and offering solutions
  • Anticipate future stock issues and communicate with the team to ensure timely resolution
  • Daily review of what is open, allocated, and picked for each client
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer service for order-related issues and concerns
  • Support the team during the customer indent ordering period
  • Work collaboratively with other departments across the business to identify issues and deliver results within the scheduled timeframe
  • Review client orders at the close of each indent ordering period against forecast POs placed with suppliers to identify exceptions and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular reporting to the team on all outgoing styles, opening stock, sales, closing stock - units and $ value
  • Produce accurate data to facilitate forecasting and increase visibility of sales performance
  • Prepare scheduled contracted reporting for clients, presenting months sales, KPI results, and current stock holding within contracted days

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • Accurate data entry skills (Alpha-Numeric)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to work
