About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our team at HammondCare. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing scheduling services to our Home Care Workers in the ACT region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules to ensure consistency, efficiency, and fairness.
  • Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team and provide system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
  • Provide scheduling services to all HammondCare Canberra areas, ensuring that care worker contracted hours are maintained.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and outstanding communication and coordination skills.
