HammondCare is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing scheduling services to our Home Care Workers in the ACT region.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules to ensure consistency, efficiency, and fairness.
- Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team and provide system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies to maximise care worker contracted hours and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the centralised support team to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
