Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales teams across all aspects of campaigns
  • Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and marketing materials
  • Effectively manage CRM systems, update databases, and generate insightful reports
  • Coordinate the creation of high-quality property marketing materials
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years' experience in real estate administration (commercial experience advantageous)
  • Hold, or are willing to obtain, a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
