Join a Multidisciplinary Allied Health Organisation

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides evidence-based assessment and therapy to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.

You will deliver tailored therapy programs, Early Childhood Early Intervention or the Early Start Denver Model, in clinics, at client homes, schools, and via telehealth.

Collaboration with families is crucial to help each child reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
  • Deliver treatments in various settings, including clinics, homes, and schools.
  • Work closely with families to support their child's development and goal attainment.
  • Contribute to a transdisciplinary clinical team and support program delivery.
  • Be supported by an administration team to maximise time with clients.

Requirements
  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration.
  • Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents is highly valued.
  • Compliance requirements include SPA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver's Licence & Vehicle.
