We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Sushi Craftsman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi products, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service, and ensuring the safety and well-being of customers.

The successful applicant will have a strong passion for sushi and be committed to continuous improvement and staff development. They will ideally have 1-3 years of experience in sushi preparation, with demonstrable knowledge of all kitchen operations, and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications will be an advantage.
