Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on project delivery, including drafting and negotiating contracts for major renewable energy technologies.
  • Work closely with partners and lawyers to gain hands-on experience across complex energy and infrastructure transactions and projects.
  • Contribute to significant renewable and infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally, driving business growth and expansion.

You will be part of a collaborative, dynamic environment and work with a top-tier Projects, Energy & Infrastructure team, fostering innovation and excellence.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction projects, with a focus on contract review, interpretation, and negotiation, driving business outcomes and success.
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills, with a practical and solutions-focused mindset, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong communication skills, building effective relationships and teams.

The role requires managing competing deadlines and working both autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in renewable energy and the transition to net zero is essential.
