Urgent Care Leader: Delivering Compassionate Patient Care

The RoleWe are seeking an Urgent Care Registered Nurse to play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all patients are appropriately triaged and provided with front-line care in collaboration with medical practitioners.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive and accurate nursing triage assessments to identify and address patient needs effectively.
- Act promptly in emergency situations or when patient conditions deteriorate, ensuring timely interventions that safeguard patient well-being.
- Perform procedural work such as suturing and plastering, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Deliver person-centered care that prioritises patient dignity, comfort, and overall experience.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in triage, remote nursing, or ICU settings (desired).
- Strong ability to assess and recognise health deterioration, facilitating timely interventions.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
