We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to support our growing customer base across industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical background, with the ability to install, service, and repair a range of products.
You will be responsible for responding to equipment breakdowns, conducting routine maintenance, and travelling to client sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing, and repairing company products
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and performing troubleshooting
- Conducting routine maintenance in line with Trade Measurement requirements
- Travelling to client sites as needed
- Assembling, testing, and preparing goods for sale, hire, or repair
- Accurately recording service activities using mobile systems
- Maintaining a clean, professional work area and service vehicle
- Promoting additional service/sales opportunities through incentive plans
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrotechnology trade certificate (preferred)
- NMI licence (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain
- Experience in industrial service or electrical/mechanical maintenance
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with strong communication skills
- Manual driver's licence and ability to travel when required
- Full working rights in Australia
- Work with a supportive national team
