Key Responsibilities- Reviewing and dispensing prescriptions in accordance with best-practice guidelines.
- Providing expert advice on medications, dosages and potential side effects.
- Collaborating with our clinician workforce to optimise patient care.
- Assisting in the development of digital health solutions to improve patient experience.
- A Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA accreditation.
- Experience in community or digital pharmacy (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an evolving environment.
- Enthusiasm and passion for innovation in healthcare.
