  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to support the delivery of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health recruitment and retention program.
  • Collaborate with local community groups and stakeholders to provide wrap-around support to new and existing staff who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders across our organisation regarding attraction and resourcing approaches.
