About You
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification, preferably accompanied by relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles, with a strong understanding of educational frameworks and regulations.
  • Current Working with Children's Check clearance.
  • Experience in driving results, meeting compliance standards, and fostering collaborative relationships with educators, families, and local communities.
