Job Opportunity: Technical Leader for Cloud Application Architecture

This is an exciting role for a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the development of the ExoSphere Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving architectural innovation, leading and growing a distributed team of software engineers, and providing strategic guidance in cloud application architecture, AI, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of the ExoSphere Platform: a cutting-edge subsurface intelligence tool for mineral explorers in the AI era
  • Lead, grow, and coach a distributed team of software engineers, with expectations to expand the team significantly in the coming months
  • Provide strategic leadership in cloud application architecture, AI, and machine learning, ensuring the ExoSphere Platform remains at the forefront of innovation in mineral exploration
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building, leading, and growing high-performing, multidisciplinary cloud software development teams
  • Strategic leadership experience in the development of a cloud-based platform featuring large-scale geospatial or scientific datasets and 3D interactive user experiences
  • Deep expertise in building on AWS, GCP, or Azure
