As a Tax Advisory Expert, you will play a key role in advising clients on intricate tax issues, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and assisting with taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.

Your responsibilities will also include providing tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment (including due diligence), financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness, and prospectus preparation.

You will be part of a collaborative team that delivers comprehensive client services, including regular client contact, attending client presentations, and meetings with senior leaders.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
