Job Title: Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical studies within the orthopaedic implants and technology sector.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company, where you will have the chance to contribute to the development of clinical study protocols, case report forms, and other study materials. You will also be responsible for monitoring clinical sites, maintaining study files, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, and liaising with vendors.

As a CRA, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical studies, while also driving recruitment and compliance in accordance with protocols. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of clinical study protocols, case report forms, and other study materials
  • Monitor clinical sites, maintain study files, and conduct pre-study and initiation visits
  • Liaise with vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Drive recruitment and compliance in accordance with protocols
Requirements:
  • Degree level education in life sciences or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as CRA with proven monitoring experience
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
