Clinical Research Assistants play a vital role in the coordination of clinical research projects, working closely with researchers and healthcare professionals to ensure the success of these studies. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for coordinating participant recruitment, collecting data, handling biological specimens, managing records, and maintaining compliance with human research ethics requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the conduct of clinical research projects according to Good Clinical Practice standards, and policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of clinical research project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Recruit participants in research projects, both in hospital clinics and non-clinical settings.
  • Database management and data entry into various platforms, including REDCap, MEDRIO, MS Excel.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and documentation for all clinical research project matters.
  • Support laboratory research activities occasionally as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biological/Medical Sciences, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • Experience interacting with clinical research participants.
  • Proficiency in working with clinical research records/databases.
  • Familiarity with hospital/HREA systems.
