Job Title: Engineering Leader
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead and mentor multiple R&D teams, driving technical excellence and ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and high software quality.
Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing industry knowledge, providing insights and thought leadership around software concepts and configuration, and utilising input from customers, market research, technological advancements, and trends to understand customer needs.
In addition, the ideal candidate will define and execute strategic plans that align with company goals, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term innovation.
The role involves championing a customer-centric mindset, ensuring products deliver real value and an exceptional user experience, as well as establishing and continuously improving engineering processes, tools, and metrics to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
Strong collaboration skills are required to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Success Director, POs, and Product Success teams to ensure software delivered aligns to the business case and facilitates required Development Methodology activities.
The Engineering Leader will also be responsible for optimising resource management, reducing duplication in line with deliverable priorities, time frames, cost, people, and skills needed.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will develop talent plans to grow and scale the team, including hiring, succession planning, and ongoing capability development.
