Job Description

As a key member of our Operations Group, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our South West Region. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks including raising purchase orders, managing calendars, preparing documents, coordinating workshops and meetings, and handling ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the calendars for the Regional Manager.
  • Prepare internal communications such as monthly Operations emails and newsletters to staff, events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary contact on the Regional Manager's activities and respond to internal and external enquiries.
  • Promote and collaborate in the implementation of new initiatives and the drafting of new procedures.
  • Coordinate and order staff uniforms and PPE where required (internal and external); monitor ordering quantities and anomalies.
  • Coordinate financial tasks such as quotes for purchases, processing invoices, expense claims, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports in accordance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Year 12 or equivalent.
  • Certificate III in Business/Office Administration (or equivalent) or strong demonstrated experience to justify equivalent competency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications including Finance.
  • Current Driver's Licence (desirable).
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role (desirable).
