Job Title: Middle School Leadership Role

The Middle School Leader plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, collaborative and cohesive culture that supports student wellbeing, academic engagement and personal development. Working in partnership with students, staff and families they provide effective leadership to ensure College expectations are upheld, interventions are coordinated and a positive respectful learning environment is maintained.

They offer professional support to Teachers for implementing behaviour support and management plans which address behavioural and academic concerns and facilitate the communication between students, families and staff.

This role is central to creating a safe inclusive and supportive environment where students can grow academically socially emotionally and have accountability for their own learning and behaviour.

To be successful we need an authentic and trustworthy role model who appreciates the diversity and complexity of issues impacting young people particularly those affecting psychological wellbeing self-esteem and confidence.
