Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

Job Description:
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, lead the team independently to set and achieve goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
