Dynamic Opportunity for an Experienced Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our training division on a full-time basis. As a Training Division Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and manage enrolment paperwork for students.
  • Register and check student eligibility for courses.
  • Evaluate and ensure all documentation is compliant with regulations.
  • Enter data into our Student Management system, including enrolments, training plans, attendance sheets, and completed units.
  • Collaborate with Trainers on a regular basis to discuss student progress.
  • Support the Operations Manager with scheduling and other administrative tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment.
  • Working knowledge of Student Management systems, preferably aXcelerate.
  • Familiarity with QLD funding contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
