Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Professional to join our team as a Site Engineer. This role offers the ideal opportunity for an ambitious engineer to make their mark on a flagship project, overseeing tasks from contract award through to practical completion.

This is a DIDO (Drive-In-Drive-Out) position based in Brisbane, where you will work on a medium scale landfill project in Central QLD. You will report directly to a Project Manager and be responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance to maintain high standards.
  • Communication: Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in the field, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering Degree: A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Civil Construction Experience: 2+ years of experience in Civil Construction, preferably with a Tier 2 Contractor.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
