Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a landscape yard, ensuring all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of employees. Strong communication skills are also essential, as they will be required to interact with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

In addition to leadership skills, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of employees in a landscape yard setting
  • Oversee daily operations, including plant care, equipment maintenance, and customer service
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and task assignments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including time sheets, inventory levels, and customer information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Horticulture or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a landscape maintenance setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Current driver's license (MR or higher)
