About Us

A key objective of ours is to ensure all our garments meet high quality standards. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Quality Control Assistant** to help us achieve this goal.

The role involves:

- **Garment Inspection**: Quickly and thoroughly inspect returned garments for damage, stains, or signs of wear.

Ensure that all garments meet our high quality standards and are prepared for dispatch efficiently.

- **Repairs and Maintenance**: Perform quick and precise repairs such as stitching, button replacements, and zipper adjustments.

Coordinate complex alterations or repairs with external specialists as needed.

- **Garment Care**: Support laundering, steaming, and pressing processes to maintain a high turnover.

Follow specific care instructions to preserve the integrity of fabrics and designs.

- **Inventory and Reporting**: Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and damages promptly.

Update internal systems efficiently to track garment condition and status.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Assist customer service with garment-specific inquiries when required.

Key Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience in garment repair, quality control, or a similar field.

- Strong sewing and garment care skills (machine and hand-sewing).

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Benefits

This is a casual opportunity working varied shifts including afternoons, days and mornings. You will be paid $25-$35 per hour depending on experience.
