About the Role
BMA Caval Ridge Mine is currently inviting applications from dedicated individuals interested in being considered for permanent positions within our Production Coal Teams. These positions are expected to commence in the near future across various departments within the mine. We are eager to hear from candidates who are looking to join our world-class operational teams.
Positions will be Fly-in-Fly-Out from designated locations, or Drive-in-Drive-out. The work schedule will follow a 7:7 rotating roster.
Available Positions Include:
- Multi Skilled Operators - possessing 2 or more skills from the following list
- Single Skilled Operators - possessing 1 skill from the following list
- Haul Truck Operators - CAT 789 | 793
- Grader Operators - CAT 24M
- Dozer Operators - CAT D10 | D11
- Loader Operators - WA1200 | CAT994
About You
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Coal Mining within an open cut environment
- Valid 'C' Class Driver's licence
- Current Standard 11 or BMA Core certification
- Safety-oriented and focused
- Strong communication abilities with a proven track record of achieving results through influence
- Motivated and enthusiastic individual demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently
- Flexible, team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of meeting deadlines and maintaining effectiveness under pressure
About Our Recruitment Process
